6mm small-diameter ultra-high pressure resin hose

The following matters need to be noted during the use of ultra-high pressure resin pipes, covering key links such as selection, installation, operation and maintenance:

1. Selection adaptability
Pressure matching
Select a hose with an appropriate pressure level according to the main engine working pressure. It is recommended to select a hose with a working pressure of 1.5 times the working pressure. For example, when the main engine pressure is 120MPa, a hose with a working pressure of 180-200MPa should be selected. When the actual use pressure exceeds the specified pressure by 1.25 times, the hose life will decrease by 50%.
Diameter matching
The main engine flow requirements must be strictly matched. Diameter changes will directly affect the jet impact force and system balance. For example, replacing a 5mm hose with a 4mm diameter hose will shorten the service life to 1/3.
2. Installation specifications
Connection method
Flange connection is preferred to cope with vibration conditions and avoid the risk of loose nut connection. Lubricating oil should be applied to the thread surface during connection, and a wire braided protective cover should be installed after installation to prevent the joint from falling off.
Bending radius control
The bending radius should be ≥15 times the outer diameter of the pipe. Too small a bend will cause uneven force on the steel wire of the reinforcement layer and reduce the compressive strength.
Space layout
When suspended, it needs to be fixed at a short distance to avoid contact with heavy objects; the pipeline direction should avoid sharp angle bends and reserve enough slack to absorb vibration.
III. Operation specifications
Pressure fluctuation control
Reduce the frequent opening and closing of hand-held guns and control valves to avoid pressure pulse shock. The pressure fluctuation range needs to be monitored during the operation of the main engine to ensure that it does not exceed 2 times the experimental working pressure.
Temperature management
The long-term use temperature should be controlled within the range of -40℃ to +120℃. Water cooling measures should be taken under high temperature conditions to prevent damage to the outer protective layer.
Medium compatibility
The conveying medium must comply with the product sample regulations. Exceeding the range of use may cause degradation of the inner rubber layer. For example, when conveying organic solvents, it is necessary to confirm the compatibility with nylon/polyurethane elastomer materials.
IV. Maintenance
Regular inspection
Check the wear of the outer layer every month, focusing on the bending radius of the joint and the integrity of the protective cover. Use endoscopic measurement technology to detect whether there is delamination of the inner rubber layer.
Storage Specifications
For long-term storage, the accumulated water must be drained and the coil must be placed flat with a bending radius not less than the specified radius. Anti-rust oil should be applied to the joints and avoid contact with corrosive media. The storage temperature should be controlled at 5-40℃.
Crimp Process
Use a test mandrel to control the crimping force to avoid deformation of the inner hole of the mandrel due to excessive crimping. After crimping, the sealing performance must be verified by a pressure holding test. The pressure should reach 1.25 times the working pressure and remain leak-free for 30 minutes.
